PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The 1 mm pof with 2.2 mm protective jacket is a passive fiber-optic audio assembly intended for S/PDIF Toslink links between source devices and audio equipment. Because the signal travels as light through a polymer fiber rather than as an electrical voltage, the cable provides galvanic isolation between the source and the sink and is immune to ground-loop hum and electromagnetic pickup from adjacent power wiring.
