DLR2611 Receiver TOSLINK Optical Audio Transceiver Module

DLR2611 is a JINSHANG TECH TOSLINK optical sub-assembly (TX/RX) used to build electrically isolated digital audio ports.

Because the optical path is non-conductive, the DLR2611 provides electrical isolation between connected equipment and can be routed past motors, drives and power wiring without picking up noise.

Key Characteristics

  • Housing/jacket color: Black
  • Operating temperature range: -20~+70C
  • Supply voltage: 3 to 5V
  • Certified to ISO9001 ,ROHS
  • PCB-mountable with molded optical port and locating features
  • Pairs with standard TOSLINK POF cable for isolated audio links

Typical Applications

The DLR2611 is commonly used for TOSLINK input/output ports on AV receivers, soundbars and DACs, and digital audio boards, multimedia and consumer electronics. The result is a reliable, repeatable build that tolerates the routing, vibration and repeated handling typical of production installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is it compatible with ordinary TOSLINK cable? A: Yes, these modules are designed to mate with standard plastic optical TOSLINK leads and connectors.
Q: How is it mounted? A: The module is PCB-mounted and couples to a standard TOSLINK optical port; supply voltage and orientation are given in the module specification.
Q: What wavelength does it use? A: Consumer TOSLINK modules use red visible light (commonly around 650 nm); the exact wavelength is given for the specific model (e.g. 460/520 nm variants as listed).
Q: Do I need a transmitter or receiver module? A: A transmitter (TX) launches light into the fiber from a source device; a receiver (RX) detects it at the destination. Full-duplex/transceiver ports use both.
